Lighthouse Communities Foundation IPO: Latest Update
Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) has opened its Social Stock Exchange issue for public participation from September 30 to October 14, 2026. Unlike a regular IPO, this is a Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instrument, through which contributors support a specific social-impact project rather than purchase conventional equity shares.

What is Lighthouse Communities Foundation?
Lighthouse Communities Foundation is a Pune-based Section 8 non-profit organization focused on helping young people from underserved and low-income communities build skills and access sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The foundation operates through skilling, counselling, vocational training, employment support and entrepreneurship programmes. It currently operates 51 Lighthouse centres across six states and says its programmes have impacted more than 2.8 lakh youth since inception.

The current issue is designed to support a specific programme for 1,000 youth aged 18–35 in Pune. The project is planned for 12 months, from August 2026 to July 2027.
The programme focuses on career awareness, confidence building, job-readiness skills and helping participants make informed decisions about education, employment and livelihoods. The total project budget is ₹58.86 lakh.
Lighthouse Communities Foundation IPO GMP Today
There is no conventional GMP for the Lighthouse Communities Foundation issue.
The instrument is a ZCZP security issued through the Social Stock Exchange and is not intended for secondary-market trading. Therefore, the usual IPO metrics such as GMP, estimated listing price and listing gain are not applicable.
Does Lighthouse Communities Foundation ZCZP Give Financial Returns?
No. A ZCZP instrument does not provide interest, dividends or repayment of principal. It is structured as a social-impact contribution, with the instrument held in dematerialised form.
The foundation states that eligible contributions can qualify for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to applicable laws.
How to Apply for Lighthouse Communities Foundation Issue
Applicants with a valid PAN and Demat account can participate through supported broker platforms such as Zerodha or through the bank ASBA/eIPO route.
